In this original oil painting I have painted one of the many beautiful boab tree flowers that all over the many boab trees in the Kimberley during the wet season. They have a heady & sweet perfume which is enjoyed for a very short time. They open early evening and are pollinated that night, only lasting a day or two on the tree before they fall.
